Our rates change based on the length of your stay as well as what time of the year you'll be visiting us. Below is a list of our range of rates, based on length of stay.

 • Nightly rate - $200 to $250
 • 1 Week - $1000 to $1200
 • 1 Month - Call us for rate

     2-night minimum stay.
     Rates quoted before taxes
     For actual rate quote call us with your travel dates.
     Sorry, no pets allowed.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit upon booking Casa Fernandez. If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so 14 days prior to the arrival date or the deposit will not be refunded; the deposit becomes non-refundable two weeks before the arrival date.
